Based on Auguste Borget's work, La Chine et Les Chinois published in Paris in 1892, ICM has produced a bilingual edition A China e Os Chineses in Portuguese and Chinese with facsimile reproductions of all the drawings by Borget which Eugène Cicéri lithographed for the original edition. The drawings reflect Macau, Hong Kong and Southeast China as they were one hundred years ago. The book is a cloth-bound hardback, with gold leaf, 54,5cm by 38.5cm, the text and drawings printed on 150gm paper.
