Dear children and young-at-heart adults, the second Macau International Children’s Film Festival is ready to be unveiled again!
This year’s festival features a special section “Book to Film, Abracadabra!” showcasing films adapted from beloved children’s books and picture books, including Where the Wild Things Are, the global bestseller with over 19 million copies sold! Through this selection, young audiences will experience the enchanting intersection of film and various art forms. Meanwhile, the “Classics for Every Child” section presents classic animations such as the original Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, rekindling the magic of legendary stories. The “Children’s Film Festival Annual Hand-picked” gathers some of the most celebrated and talked-about children’s films from around the world, bringing the finest cinematic experiences to Macao.
This year’s Macao International Children’s Film Festival will also venture into the community for the first time, screening films in creative locations such as libraries and museums, so you can relax and enjoy quality family movie time together.
