In line with the SAR Government’s epidemic prevention and control measures, the Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC) will provide limited services from 25 July. The reception of the Cultural Affairs Bureau Building located at Tap Siac Square will provide services and receive documents for residents who have made a reservation. Reservations can be made through the hotline no. 83996699.
The reception of the Cultural Affairs Bureau Building located at Tap Siac Square will resume its service to the public on a limited basis. Inquiries can be made through the hotline no. 83996699. For essential issues and applications, the members of the public should make a reservation through the abovementioned hotline no. in advance. In addition, the Assessment Committee of Performing Arts will operate on a limited basis and accept reservations by phone for receiving documents. For reservations and inquiries, please contact the Committee through tel. no. 28710306 or 28715904.
The opening hours of the abovementioned hotlines are from 9am to 1pm and from 2:30pm to 5:45pm from Monday to Thursday; and from 9am to 1pm and from 2:30 to 5:30pm on Friday. IC urges the public not to process issues in person during this period if they are not urgent and essential.
Other services provided by IC are suspended due to the pandemic. All cultural facilities under IC are currently closed and various cultural activities are suspended. IC will closely monitor the development of the pandemic, follow the relevant guidelines of the Health Bureau and implement appropriate measures in a timely manner, and would like to express its thanks to the members of the public for their understanding and co-operation.
