The "Revista de Cultura" ("Review of Culture") [RC], ever-conscious of the unequivocal nature of its subject, has approached culture through the cultivation of a manifold, inter-cultural and universalistic dialogue.
Over the last ten years, ten years that we here commemorate, the "Review of Culture" has presented within its pages the most famous personalities and the most important movements from the world of literature, the arts and thought.
The selective criteria that have been applied in bringing each issue to life have undoubtedly contributed to the image of Macao so ardently strived for: that of city of culture.
For Macao to strengthen this character in the future, the continuation of a project of such breadth is vital, published in the three most-spokenlanguages and in the name of the healthy exchange of timeless humanistic values.
The Instituto Cultural de Macau (Cultural Institute of Macau) [ICM] must be congratulated as must all those other entities which have contributed in varying degrees to strengthening the reputation of the "Review of Culture', subscribing to the concept of 'to publish is to give soul to the future'.
