Submission Methods

Providers may submit their filled-out information forms, declarations and recipes by the following means:

1. Submission by email:

   Providers may email scanned/digital copies of their filled-out information forms, declarations and recipes (in PDF, JPG, PSD, GIF, BMP or TIF format) and send to mcrecipes@icm.gov.mo. (The size of each email is limited to 15MB. Submissions of a larger size attachments can be sent in multiple separate emails).

2. Submission by post:

   Providers may post their filled-out information forms, declarations and photocopies of recipes addressed to the Cultural Heritage Department of the Cultural Affairs Bureau, Rua de Sanches de Miranda, 5-7, Macau.  Please mark the envelopes with the subject “International Call for Macanese Cuisine Recipes.

3. Submission in person:

   Providers may come in person to the Cultural Heritage Department of the Cultural Affairs Bureau located in Rua de Sanches de Miranda, 5-7, Macau, during office hours (09:00-13:00 / 14:30-17:45), to submit their filled-out information forms, declarations and photocopies of recipes. Please mark the envelopes with the subject “International Call for Macanese Cuisine Recipes”.
