The internationally celebrated violinist Xue Wei, together with the Macao Orchestra, presents three pieces from three of the world’s greatest composers.In addition to the joyful prelude from Mozart’s opera Die Zauberflöte and Mendelssohn’s beguiling Symphony No. 4, this concert features Brahms’ famous D Major Violin Concerto. This was the only violin concerto Brahms ever composed, and is one of the greatest ever written. Xue Wei and the German outstanding conductor Christoph Poppen will assuredly introduce the audience to a very special Brahms.
