This concert offers Macao audiences two world premieres by famous Chinese composers along with some of the most exquisite classics in the Chinese repertoire, the Butterfly Lovers and Yellow River concertos. Pablo de Sarasate’s Zigeunerweisen confirms the renowned skill of the Macao Chinese Orchestra at interpreting arrangements of Western music. The works on this programme exude a breeze of emotions sure to stir the souls of every listener.
Joining forces with the orchestra, under the baton of Maestro Pang Ka Pang, are the young violin prodigy Li Chuan Yun and celebrated pianist Yin Chengzong.
