Summary

This catalog is from a collection of hundred-piece images from the exhibition "The Beginning of Ming Porcelain Art – Exhibition of Hongwu Precious Collection of the Jingdezhen Imperial Porcelain Museum", including the two main topics of "Containers" and "Decorations in building" . The porcelain manufactured in the Hongwu Imperial Kiln played an important role mainly as liaison between the previous Yuan Era and the following Yongle and Xuande Eras. For the reason they have had an extremely reference value as regards the study on the history of the development of porcelain.
