TICKETING
- Tickets will be on sale simultaneously through the Macau Ticketing Network outlets, telephone and online booking from 10 am on 28 March (Sunday).
- To support the prevention and control of the epidemic, manage the flow of people and protect public health, this year, an online booking system has been set up for the first day of ticket sales. Those who wish to purchase tickets in person on the first day of ticketing between 10a.m. and 3p.m. must register in advance through the online booking system of the Macau Ticketing Network and select the time slot for the ticket purchase.
- The public can also choose to book their tickets via telephone or online, without pre-registration.
- Please note the following if registering through the online reservation system of the Macau Ticketing Network (excluding sales offices in Hong Kong and Mainland):
- The public must register in the online booking system of the Macau Ticketing Network during the designated registration time and select the appropriate ticketing outlets and time slots through the online booking;
- Date and time when the online reservation system is open for registration: from 10a.m. on 25 March to 3p.m. on 28 March;
- Online reservation system operation process *
- Enter the Registration Platform (URL:https://www.macauticket.com/31fam_quotasystem or use the QR code: as shown below);
- Enter the mobile phone number, and enter the verification code sent by the online reservation system to the mobile phone via SMS;
- After successful verification, you can select the location and time you want to purchase your ticket(s);
- After successful registration, you will receive a SMS. The public should click on the website link attached to the SMS to download the electronic code. It is also recommended to save a screenshot.
- The public should present their electronic codes at the Macau Ticketing Network outlet that they have successfully selected according to the time slots listed on the electronic codes to book and purchase tickets. Please report on time, as late arrivals will be reordered by the system.
- A maximum of two tickets per person per performance will be sold on the first day of ticket sales for Property Guide at Lou Kau Mansion; for all other programmes, a maximum of six tickets per person per performance will be sold.
*Regarding the operation of the online reservation system, citizens in need can visit any of the Macau Ticketing outlets during the opening period of the registration platform and during the opening hours of the Macau Ticketing Website, and assistance will be handled by a dedicated person.
*Each mobile phone number can only be registered once.
*Booking time slots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
*The ticketing slots on the electronic codes are only estimated slots and the staff has the right to adjust and make appropriate arrangements according to the actual situation on site.
*In case of dispute, the Cultural Affairs Bureau of the Macao Special Administrative Region Government reserves the right of interpretation and final decision.

TICKET DISCOUNTS
Early Bird Discounts:
30% discount on ticket purchases between 28 March and 4 April, and 20% discount when ticket purchases on or after 5 April:
- For at least 4 different performances; ▲;
- When purchasing 6 or more tickets for the same performance (group tickets);
- For holders of valid full-time Student Card (holders of local student card or Macao residents with overseas student card)^
- For holders of Macao Teacher Card^

25% discount when buying tickets between 28 March and 4 April, or 20% discount when buying tickets on or after 5 April.

DISCOUNT WITH BOARDING PASS
Air Macau customers can enjoy a 20% discount on ticket purchases at the Macau Ticketing Network outlets by presenting their respective boarding pass (flight code NX) within 7 days upon their arrival in Macao.
FREE PERFORMANCES AND GENERAL SEATING
Seating for all free admission venues and for the performances in the Old Court Building and Navy Yard No.2 is not assigned and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
FREE TRANSPORTATION
- Free buses to Praça Ferreira Amaral, Av. Horta e Costa, Fai Chi Kei, and Toi San will be available outside the Macao Cultural Centre after every performance.
- Free buses to Garden of Flower City, Praça Ferreira Amaral, Av. Horta e Costa, Fai Chi Kei, and Toi San will be available after Dialogue between the East and the West.
- The organizer offers a shuttle bus between the Macau Peninsula and The Coloane Game’s performance venue. Details will be announced later through the official website of the Macao Arts Festival, the respective page on Facebook and the WeChat account “IC_Art_Macao”.
NOTICE
- The organiser strongly urges audience members to arrive at the performance venues 20 minutes before the performances. The organiser reserves the right to determine at what time and in what manner latecomers are admitted, and to reject the admission of latecomers or audience members who leave in midway;
- Audience members must wear their own face masks, under body temperature checks and present their “Health Code” to the personnel on site. Only those with temperature of 37℃ or below and with the “Health Code” indicated as green (entry permitted), can enter the venue;
- Audience members must comply with the “Infection Prevention Guidelines for Visitors in Cultural Affairs Bureau Performance Venues”;
- The show The Coloane Game is designed for children aged 4 years old and above; the show On the Other Side of Macao – A magical adventure is designed for children aged 6 years old and above; children under the age of 6 will not be admitted to all other shows. The organizer reserves the right to request and to examine the valid ID of any child to determine his or her age, and to deny admission to any child when proof of minimum age cannot be provided;
- All mobile phones, beeping and lighting devices should be switched off throughout the performances;
- Smoking, eating, drinking or the possession of plastic bags and/or objects considered dangerous is prohibited in the performance venues;
- To avoid undue disturbance to the performers and audience members, cameras and recording devices are strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by the organizer;
- The organizer reserves the right to change the programme, the cast of performers, the performing date or time and the seats at any time;
- In case of inclement weather conditions, please check the Cultural Affairs Bureau’s website, the Macao Arts Festival website, the respective page on Facebook and the WeChat account “IC_Art_Macao” for the latest updates;
- The Cultural Affairs Bureau of the Macao SAR Government reserves the right of interpretation and final decision of any disputes on these terms.
