Kuok is a Steinway Artist, a piano faculty member at The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, The Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Baptist University. She is active in performance, composition and music education, and often serves as a jury member in piano competitions. From 2014 to 2016, she was invited to host Piano Exams on Radio Television Hong Kong Radio 4.

She has appeared as soloist with the Oberlin Chamber Orchestra, the City Chamber Orchestra of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Wind Philharmonia, the Hong Kong Festival Orchestra, the Xinjiang Philharmonic Orchestra and the Nanjing Philharmonic Orchestra.

Being a member of the Chinese Woman Composers’ Association, Kuok has been commissioned to write piano ensemble pieces for celebratory events like the 20^th and 30^th Anniversary of the Hong Kong Cultural Centre and the 60^th Anniversary of the Hong Kong City Hall. Several pieces from her album The Fantasy of Little C have been chosen as set pieces for several piano competitions.
