Meet the Finest Food: A Dialogue between Craig Au Yeung Ying Chai and Liu Zhenyun

Information

Content: The charm of food not only lies in itself, but more in the culture it embodies. Food might be sour, sweet, bitter, spicy, or salty, but stories about food are sometimes poetic and sometimes humorous. You can taste a variety of flavors and the natural instincts of man. As cities grow bigger and food becomes more international, sometimes we fall for creative food with fantastic appearance, but there are times when we are obsessed with the charm of food that lurks in memories, or "Mom's cooking." When we expand our horizons after travelling all the way, have a mind as broad as a sea that refuses no river, and finally become the best us we can be, we are often more easily touched and healed by the charm of food, thus gradually forming our own food philosophy.

This activity is intended to invite the gourmet Craig Au Yeung Ying Chai to hold a dialogue with the writer Liu Zhenyun. It also encourages the audience and readers to explore and share the charm of food in their eyes from the perspectives of time, space, and more.
