(This session only applies to the Ballet “Cinderella”, the puppetry theatre “Chong Chong’s Hamsters”, the family music theatre “Musical Magic Wand IV – Percussion vs. the Bull Demon King”, the theatre for babies “Bebeethoven”, the multimedia theatre “Poli Pop”, the theatre “An Astronaut’s Day”, the clowns “Slava’s Snowshow”, the family choir music theatre “Whispering Zodiac: The Chinese Zodiac Choral Concert”　and the “Art Camp”.)

TICKETING

1. Tickets for the programmes (excluding the family music theatre “Musical Magic Wand IV – Percussion vs. the Bull Demon King”) will be on sale simultaneously through the Enjoy Macao Ticketing outlets, telephone and online booking from 10am on 11 June (Wednesday);
2. Tickets for the programme the family music theatre “Musical Magic Wand IV – Percussion vs. the Bull Demon King” will be on sale simultaneously through the Macao Ticketing Network outlets, telephone and online booking from 10am on 11 June (Wednesday);
3. On the first day of ticket sales, ticket purchases for the “Art Camp” are limited to a maximum of 2 tickets per performance per person; ticket purchases for all other shows are limited to a maximum of 10 tickets per performance per person.

CHILDREN’S PACKAGE

1. The “Children’s Package for 2” and “Children’s Package for 3” are available for the theatre for babies “Bebeethoven”. The “Children’s Package” (including child ticket and adult ticket) are destined for children aged 12 or below, who must be accompanied by an adult. The theatre for babies “Bebeethoven” is suitable for babies aged from 0 to 2;
2. The “Children’s Packages” (including one child ticket and one adult ticket) are available for The “Art Camp” (Family Art Camp). The “Children’s Package” (including one child ticket and one adult ticket) is destined for children aged between 5 and 7, who must be accompanied by an adult; 
   The “Children’s Package” cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
3. The “Children’s Package” cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

1. Enjoy 40% discount when purchasing 2 tickets for the same performance;
2. Enjoy 50% discount when purchasing 3 or more tickets for the same performance.

30% discount

Enjoy 30% discount on tickets:

1. For at least 3 different performances; ▲
2. For Macao residents with valid full-time Student Card;^
3. For holders of the Macao Teacher Card.^

1. For CCM Friends, OM Friends, Friends of the Macao Chinese Orchestra, Friends of the Macao Museum of Art when purchasing tickets;

Session 3: Workshops

REGISTRATION

Registration for the workshops will be made available through the “Activity Application” of the Macao One Account from 10am on 6 June (Friday)  until the indicated closing date.

NOTICE

1. In addition to some free activities as stated, general activities are charged for admission and pre-registration is required;
2. If the number of registrants exceed the number of places available, selection will be made through a random draw;
3. Successful applicants will be notified by SMS. Notifications will not be sent to those who are not selected;
4. Successful applicants are required to present the SMS for admission. The Cultural Affairs Bureau reserves the right to request participants to present their identification document for verification purposes;
5. Due to limited number of places available in the event, successful applicants who are unable to attend the workshops should notify the organiser in advance;
6. The personal data provided by registrants will solely be used for the purpose of this activity and will be processed according to Law No. 8/2005 – Personal Data Protection Act.

SPECIAL OFFERS

Special discounts are offered to customers who consume at the following places by presenting the tickets of this edition of the Macao International Children’s Arts Festival:

FREE PERFORMANCES AND GENERAL SEATING

Seating for all free performances and for the puppetry theatre “Chong Chong’s Hamsters”, the theatre for babies “Bebeethoven” and the performances of the Macao International Children’s Film Festival is not assigned and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

NOTICE

1. The organiser strongly urges audience members to arrive at the venues 10 minutes before the activities;
2. The organiser reserves the right to determine at what time and in what manner latecomers are admitted, and to reject the admission of latecomers or audience members who abandon the performance venue during the performance;
3. Minimum age restrictions and recommendations are applied to activities. The organiser reserves the right to request and to examine the valid ID to determine his or her age, and to deny admission to any person when proof of minimum age cannot be provided;
4. Since some programmes are still being created, the minimum age restrictions and recommendations are tentative. If there is an adjustment regarding the minimum age restrictions and recommendations according to the content of the programme, spectators with tickets for the programmes that are not suitable for them can request a refund by presenting their intact tickets within the designated period. Updates about the adjustment of age restrictions will be announced by the organiser on the websites of the Cultural Affairs Bureau and the Macao International Children’s Arts Festival in due course;
5. All mobile phones, beeping and lighting devices should be switched off throughout the activities;
6. Smoking, eating, drinking or the possession of plastic bags and/or objects considered dangerous is prohibited in the performance venues;
7. To avoid undue disturbance to the performers and audience members, cameras and recording devices are strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by the organiser;
8. The tickets cannot be resold at a price higher than the original price or used for any promotional or commercial purposes. In case of any violations, the tickets will be cancelled without any refund and the ticket holders will be denied admission;
9. The organiser reserves the right to change the programme, the cast of performers, the performing date or time and the seats at any time;
10. Activities will be photographed or videotaped by IC staff for archival or evaluation purposes. Some of the photographs may be used for promotion of similar activities without consent from the participants in advance;
11. In case of inclement weather conditions, please check the websites of the Cultural Affairs Bureau and the Macao International Children’s Arts Festival for the latest updates;
12. The Cultural Affairs Bureau of the Macao SAR Government reserves the right of interpretation and final decision of any disputes on these terms.
