Lao Pui Lon, Concept, Choreography and Dancer
Core member of Four Dimension Spatial and Max Dance Hall, Lao engages in movement-based artistic creation, using the body as a medium, and is active in the Greater Bay Area as a creator, performer and dance dramaturg. In recent years, his artistic practice has focused on gender, gaze, performance and the body within cultural contexts, from which he has developed a series of works.
Lei Pou Ian, Dancer
Lei is a core member of Four Dimension Spatial and a graduate of the Department of Dance at Taiwan University of the Arts. She actively participates in a wide range of performances – from contemporary dance to experimental stage works – constantly exploring new possibilities. In recent years, she has collaborated with artists from various disciplines to create a unique performing vocabulary. She is also committed to dance education and outreach.
Kane Lao, Dancer
Lao is a dancer, researcher of dance and body, and artistic creator. Believing that ‘people don’t appreciate what they don’t understand, and don’t understand because they never try to appreciate’, he seeks to learn and experience diverse dance styles and art forms. He has collaborated with both local and international choreographers, led workshops, has taken part in theatrical productions and other forms of creative performance.
Leong Pou Seng, Dancer
Graduated from the Taipei University of the Arts, Leong is currently a freelancer who enjoys engaging with life through performance and creation. He is passionate about observing the relationship between physicality and personal experience. Recently, Leong participated in the ‘City Contemporary Dance Festival 2023’ HOTPOT East Asia Dance Platform in Hong Kong, as well as in the performance Club Loneliness, featured at the Macao Arts Festival in 2023, among others.
Si Meng Sao, Dancer
A promoter of street dance and president of the Macau Street Dance Culture Association, Si is dedicated to education, creation and performance. She joined as a choreographer and lead dancer the 2025 Lunar New Year Parade. Si has also won several contests in 2024, including the ‘Moves of Central’ Dance Competition in Hong Kong, besides dance competitions in Zhuhai and Macao.
Theodore, DJ
Born in Macao, Theodore is currently a DJ known for his ability to blend multiple music genres into unique sonic experiences. He is also passionate about science.
Kabi Ho, Musician
Double bass player, Ho holds a Professional Performance Diploma and Master’s degree in Double Bass Performance from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire in the UK. Since returning to Macao, she has participated in various concerts, striving to challenge the stereotype of the double bass as merely an accompanying instrument and to showcase its rich, vibrant sound.
Chong Weng Kei, Producer
Born and raised in Macao, Chong is currently an arts practitioner and project producer. She graduated from the New Media Dance programme at the Beijing Dance Academy and the full-time Dance Programme at the Macao Conservatory’s School of Dance. Actively involved in the artistic scene, Chong focuses on the development of dance as a form of contemporary expression and is committed to cross-disciplinary collaborations and the exploration of diverse production formats.
Un Iat Hou, Dramaturgy
An independent theatre director, Un has had his works recognised in several prestigious contests, including being shortlisted for the Emerging Theatre Artists’ Competition at the Wuzhen Theatre Festival. His productions have also been showcased at the Macao Arts Festival and Shekou Theatre Festival, and the Taishin Arts Award. He has also received the Outstanding Director Award three times at the Macao Inter-school Drama Competition. His creative work encompasses theatre, dance, experimental music, stilts, Chinese opera, traditional performance, mime, and queer culture.
mafmadmaf, Sound Effects
Born in Guangzhou in 1987, his practice encompasses sound art, installation, imagery, and publications. He champions minimalism and an experimental approach, striving for a harmonious balance between restraint and romance. Since 2020, he has operated the independent publishing house Jyugam.
Tou Kuok Hong, Lighting and Set Designer
Tou graduated from the Department of Theatre Design at Taipei University of the Arts, specialising in lighting design. He engages in a diverse range of disciplines, including drama, dance, musicals, and opera. Notable works include The Blue Hour by Step Out, Death and the Maiden by Theatre Styles, The Dress Looks Nice On You by Dream Theater Association, and Terror by Hiu Kok Drama Association.
Ericsson Ao, Sound Designer
Ao is a sound technician graduated from the Metalworks Institute in Canada. After returning to Macao, he has been active across film, theatre, and live audio. His credits include The Sublime Progressions, Sing a Song of Mine, I Want to Be a Plastic Chair, and Falling into Water.
Patrick Lei, Stage Manager
Since he discovered drama in 2000, Lei has developed a keen interest in backstage work and is now a full-time stage practitioner. His stage management credits include The Last Journey to the West by Little Mountain Arts Association, The Story of Kong Yiji at the Macao Arts Festival, Dust to Dust by Macao Cultural Centre, and Beyond the Horizon by Horizon Theatre (Macau).
Lai Leong Hou, Costume Designer
A graduate of the Department of Fashion at Shih Chien University in Taipei, Lai’s creative practice explores the interplay between materials and colour, featuring a wide range of interdisciplinary design work. Recent projects include Jacques and his Master by The Funny Old Tree Theatre Ensemble, Circus Wulin at the Tai Kwun Circus Plays 2023 in Hong Kong, and the play Back to Rua da Felicidade.
Bob Wong Tat Ian, Photography
Graduated from the Taiwan University of the Arts, Wong is currently a photographer and the director of Crio Media. He has worked as a graphic designer for the Taipei Biennial and the Macao brand Meeet, also undertaking scenography and image production for various international brands including Mr. Doodle, BE@RBRICK, Diptyque, Philip Colbert, Giuseppe Zanotti, Marc Jacobs, Sandro, and Yohji Yamamoto.

Founded in 2013 with the mission of ‘making dance its essence,’ Four Dimension Spatial is dedicated to bridging dance with other artistic disciplines. The group brings together an ensemble of Macao talents who have returned from overseas art institutions, and it is committed to promoting diverse artistic creations, thereby offering audiences a rich and varied performance experience.
