TICKETING

1. Tickets for the programmes and the Outreach Programme “Selected Screenings of International Stage Performances” will be on sale simultaneously through the Enjoy Macao Ticketing outlets, telephone and online booking from 10am on 22 March (Saturday);
2. On the first day of ticket sales, ticket purchases for each show are limited to a maximum of 10 tickets per performance per person.

FREE PERFORMANCES AND GENERAL SEATING

Seating for all free admission venues and for the performances in the Box I and II of the Macao Cultural Centre, as well as screenings at Cinematheque．Passion is not assigned and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

FREE TRANSPORTATION

1. Free transportation to Praça Ferreira Amaral, Av. Horta e Costa, Fai Chi Kei and Toi San will be available after every performance at the Macao Cultural Centre;
2. Free transportation to the Flower City Park in Taipa, Praça Ferreira Amaral, Av. Horta e Costa, Fai Chi Kei and Toi San will be available after the performance Cantonese Opera Concert ‘Unveiling Harmonious Voices’.

NOTICE

1. The organiser strongly urges audience members to arrive at the performance venues 10 minutes before the performances;
2. The organiser reserves the right to determine at what time and in what manner latecomers are admitted, and to reject the admission of latecomers or audience members who abandon the performance venue during the performance;
3. Children under the age of 6 will not be admitted to the programmes and outreach activities. Some of the programmes and outreach activities have minimum age restrictions and suggestions. Please refer to the introduction of the programmes and outreach activities. The organiser reserves the right to request and to examine the valid ID to determine his or her age, and to deny admission to any person when proof of minimum age cannot be provided;
4. Since some programmes and outreach activities are still being created, the minimum age restrictions and suggestions are tentative. If there is an adjustment regarding the minimum age restrictions and suggestions according to the contents of the programmes and outreach activities, spectators with tickets for the programmes and outreach activities that are not suitable for them can request a refund by presenting their intact tickets within the designated period. Updates about the adjustment of age restrictions will be announced by the organiser on the Macao Arts Festival website and the respective page on Facebook in due course;
5. All mobile phones, beeping and lighting devices should be switched off throughout the performances;
6. Smoking, eating, drinking or the possession of plastic bags and/or objects considered dangerous is prohibited in the performance venues;
7. To avoid undue disturbance to the performers and audience members, cameras and recording devices are strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by the organiser;
8. The tickets cannot be resold at a price higher than the original price or used for any promotional or commercial purposes. In case of any violations, the tickets will be cancelled without any refund and the ticket holders will be denied admission;
9. The organiser reserves the right to change the programme, the cast of performers, the performing date or time and the seats at any time;
10. Activities will be photographed or videotaped by IC staff for archival or evaluation purposes. Some of the photographs may be used for promotion of similar activities without consent from the participants in advance;
11. In case of inclement weather conditions, please check the Cultural Affairs Bureau’s website, the Macao Arts Festival website and the respective page on Facebook for the latest updates;
12. The Cultural Affairs Bureau of the Macao SAR Government reserves the right of interpretation and final decision of any disputes on these terms.
