Tsui Ying Fai
Tsui is a Senior Music Officer at the Music Office in Hong Kong, the Conductor of the Hong Kong Youth Chinese Orchestra and the Music Office Instructors’ Chinese Orchestra, and gives dizi lessons at the Music Office. He was the Principal Dizi and instrument tutor of the Macao Chinese Orchestra, the Principal Flute of the Pan Asia Symphony Orchestra and the Chung Chi Orchestra of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and the instructor and conductor of amateur Chinese orchestras in Hong Kong.
In addition to teaching and conducting, he engages in administrative work and music adjudication. He has led the Hong Kong Youth Chinese Orchestra for performances and exchanges at home and abroad. He has also served as an adjudicator in the Arts Presentation for Chinese Orchestra of the Singapore Youth Festival and the Chinese Orchestral Competition Malaysia.
