Born in Taipei, Ho started to learn music since childhood and furthered his music studies in Paris. He graduated from the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Paris with first prize by unanimous decision of the jury and a Diploma of Musical Studies, and from the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Rueil-Malmaison. He is the founder and Music Director of MOMO Trumpet Ensemble and MOMO Brass Ensemble, a member of the International Trumpet Guild, the Vice-president of the China Trumpet Guild of the Chinese Musicians Association, the President of the Taipei Asia Pacific Band Association, a trumpeter of the Evergreen Symphony Orchestra, a contract artist of the iartschool and a lecturer at Taiwan University of Arts.

As a trumpet soloist, Ho has performed in Europe, Asia, the United States and South Africa, and has won the first prize in the Union Française des Artistes Musiciens Competition in France), Asia Pacific International Trumpet Competition in China), etc. In 2016, he was invited to perform a recital at the 41st Annual International Trumpet Guild Conference.
