(This session only applies to the Family Concert Magical Symphony, the Multimedia Puppetry Theatre Laika, the Percussion Acrobatic Theatre CRASSH_Duo Circus, the Multimedia Puppetry Theatre Tic Tac, The Hero of Time, the Closing Performance: The First Musical for Children ever by the Palace Museum Lu Duan, the Theatre for Babies Sweet Dreams in the Woods, Art Camp, the Cantonese Opera by Teenagers The Magical Lotus Lantern by the School of Theatre of the Macao Conservatory, the Children’s Theatre The Moon in a Pot and Annie the Musical, the Achievement Concert and the Open Rehearsal of the 1st Macao International Children’s Arts Festival - Music Camp.)
TICKETING
- Tickets for the programmes will be on sale simultaneously through the Macau Ticketing Network outlets, telephone and online booking from 10am on 9 June (Sunday); tickets for the Achievement Concert of the 1st Macao International Children’s Arts Festival - Music Camp are on sale through the Macau Ticketing Network from 10am on 7 August (Wednesday); tickets for the Open Rehearsal of the 1st Macao International Children’s Arts Festival - Music Camp are on sale through the Macau Ticketing Network from 12pm on 15 August (Thursday);
- On the first day of ticket sales, ticket purchases for the Art Camp are limited to a maximum of 2 tickets per performance per person; ticket purchases for all other shows are limited to a maximum of 10 tickets per performance per person.
CHILDREN’S PACKAGE
- The “Children’s Package” (including one child ticket and one adult ticket) is available for the Family Concert Magical Symphony, the Multimedia Puppetry Theatre Laika, the Percussion Acrobatic Theatre CRASSH_Duo Circus, the Multimedia Puppetry Theatre Tic Tac, The Hero of Time, the Art Camp Fantastic Creative Door - Family Art Camp, the Theatre for Babies Sweet Dreams in the Woods and the Children’s Theatre The Moon in a Pot, which are suitable for children aged as below, who must be accompanied by an adult:
- The Theatre for Babies Sweet Dreams in the Woods is suitable for babies aged from 4 months to 15 months;
- The Children’s Theatre The Moon in a Pot is suitable for children aged 1 year old and above;
- The Art Camp “Fantastic Creative Door - Family Art Camp" is limited to children aged between 5 and 8 years;
- The Family Concert Magical Symphony and Percussion Acrobatic Theatre CRASSH Duo Circus is suitable for children aged 3 years old and above;
- The Multimedia Puppetry Theatre Laika and the Multimedia Puppetry Theatre Tic Tac, The Hero of Time are suitable for children aged 4 years old and above.

- Two-person ticket: Includes one child ticket and one adult ticket. The child ticket is only for children aged 3 to 12, and they must be accompanied by an adult;
- Three-person ticket: Includes one child ticket, one adult ticket and one companion ticket. The child ticket is only for children aged 3 to 12, and they must be accompanied by an adult. The companion ticket can be used by people of any age;
- Children with tickets must be accompanied by an adult and take turns experiencing the three theme zones in groups.

Session 4: Workshops
REGISTRATION
Registration for the workshops will be made available through the “Activity Application” of the Macao One Account from 10am on 9 June (Sunday) until the indicated closing date.
NOTICE
- In addition to some free activities as stated, general activities are charged for admission and pre-registration is required;
- If the number of registrants exceed the number of places available, selection will be made through a random draw;
- Successful applicants will be notified by SMS. Notifications will not be sent to those who are not selected;
- Successful applicants are required to present the SMS for admission. The Cultural Affairs Bureau reserves the right to request participants to present their identification document for verification purposes;
- Due to limited number of places available in the event, successful applicants who are unable to attend the workshops should notify the organiser in advance;
- The personal data provided by registrants will solely be used for the purpose of this activity and will be processed according to Law No. 8/2005 – Personal Data Protection Act.
GENERAL SEATING ARRANGEMENTS
Seating for the Percussion Acrobatic Theatre CRASSH_Duo Circus, the Multimedia Puppetry Theatre Tic Tac, The Hero of Time, the Theatre for Babies Sweet Dreams in the Woods and the Children’s Theatre The Moon in a Pot is not assigned and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
NOTICE
- The organiser strongly urges audience members to arrive at the venues 10 minutes before the activities;
- The organiser reserves the right to determine at what time and in what manner latecomers are admitted, and to reject the admission of latecomers or audience members who abandon the performance venue during the performance;
- Minimum age restrictions and recommendations are applied to activities. The organiser reserves the right to request and to examine the valid ID to determine his or her age, and to deny admission to any person when proof of minimum age cannot be provided;
- Since some programmes are still in the creation process, the minimum age restrictions and recommendations are tentative. If there is an adjustment in regards to the minimum age restrictions and recommendations according to the content of the programme, spectators with tickets for the programmes that are not suitable for them to attend the programmes, can request a refund by presenting their intact tickets within the designated period. For any updates about the adjustment of age restrictions, the organiser will announce on the websites of the Cultural Affairs Bureau and the Macao International Children’s Arts Festival;
- All mobile phones, beeping and lighting devices should be switched off throughout the activities;
- Smoking, eating, drinking or the possession of plastic bags and/or objects considered dangerous is prohibited in the event venues;
- To avoid undue disturbance to the artists and audience members, cameras and recording devices are strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by the organiser;
- The tickets cannot be resold at a price higher than the original price or used for any promotional or commercial purposes. In case of any violations, the tickets will be cancelled without any refund and the ticket holders will be denied admission;
- The organiser reserves the right to change the programme, the cast of performers, the performing date or time and the seats at any time;
- Activities will be photographed or videotaped by IC staff for archival or evaluation purposes. Some of the photographs may be used for promotion of similar activities without consent from the participants in advance;
- In case of inclement weather conditions, please check the websites of the Cultural Affairs Bureau and the Macao International Children’s Arts Festival for the latest updates;
- The Cultural Affairs Bureau of the Macao SAR Government reserves the right of interpretation and final decision of any disputes on these terms.
