What is Vocal Play?

Vocal play is a distinct singing style, popularised by Naturally 7. Unlike a cappella singing, which uses words without any instrumental accompaniment, vocal play uses the sound of vocal strings to reproduce instruments. During a performance there are no actual drums, guitars or flutes, as the singers play each one of them with their trained voices.

Besides, they have shared the stage with numerous icons, from Diana Ross to Quincy Jones, and performed at major jazz events, from the Hollywood Bowl Jazz Festival to the Montreux Jazz Festival.

Over the years, the band continued to wow audiences around the world, and have recorded a number of CDs.
