Ticketing
- Tickets are available through the Macau Ticketing Network from 10am on 5 August 2018 (Sunday); queuing vouchers will be distributed from 9am on the same day through the Macau Ticketing Network.
- Telephone and online bookings (local and overseas) are available from 12pm on 5 August 2018.
- On the first day of ticket sales, ticket purchases are limited to a maximum of 10 tickets per performance per person.
Ticket Discounts
“Early Bird” Discounts
30% discount when buying tickets between 5 August and 12 August, or a 20% discount when buying tickets on or after 13 August by:
- Purchasing tickets for at least 4 different performances;
- Purchasing 10 or more tickets (group tickets) for the same performance;
- Presenting a valid full-time Student Card (holders of local student card or Macao residents holders of overseas student card); ^
- Presenting a valid Macao Teacher Card.^
^ Each cardholder can only use one discounted ticket per performance. Cardholders are required to present the respective identity document for admission, otherwise full ticket fare will be charged.
Exclusive Discount for BOC Cardholders
Enjoy a 30% discount on tickets for the special programmes by presenting a BOC Credit Card# or BOC Card. The special programmes are Grand Opening: L’Elisir d’Amore - Opera in Two Acts by Gaetano Donizetti and the concert by Christian Thielemann and Staatskapelle Dresden.
# Offer is only applicable to holders of BOC Multi-Currency Credit Card or BOC Card (debit card), issued by Bank of China Limited Macau Branch, but not applicable to holders of BOC or Tai Fung Bank Credit Card issued by BOC Credit Card (International) Limited in the Macao region.
20% Discount for
- Holders of BOC Credit Card or BOC Card, for any shows except the special programmes;
- Holders of MasterCard, Visa or UnionPay cards from ICBC (Macau), BCM Bank, OCBC Wing Hang or Tai Fung Bank.
50% Discount for^
Holders of Macao Senior Citizen Card or Disability Assessment Registration Card.

Discount with Boarding Pass
Air Macau customers can enjoy a 20% discount on ticket purchases at the Macau Ticketing Network by presenting their respective boarding pass (flight code NX) within 7 days upon their arrival in Macao.
General Seating Performances
Seating for the performances at the Mandarin’s House and the Navy Yard is not assigned and is available on a first come, first served basis.
Free Transportation
Free transportation to Praça Ferreira Amaral, Av. Horta e Costa, Fai Chi Kei and Toi San will be available outside the Macao Cultural Centre after every performance.
Notice
- Audience members are strongly advised to arrive 10 minutes before the performances start. The organiser reserves the right to determine at what time and in what manner latecomers are admitted;
- Children under the age of 6 will not be admitted to the performances. The organiser reserves the right to request and to examine the valid ID of any child to determine his or her age, and to deny admission to any child;
- All mobile phones, beeping and lighting devices should be switched off throughout the performances;
- Smoking, eating, drinking or possession of plastic bags and/or objects considered dangerous is prohibited in the performance venues;
- To avoid undue disturbance to the performers and audience members, cameras and recording devices are strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised by the organiser;
- The organiser reserves the right to change the programme and/or the cast of performers at any time;
