Genesis and Spirit – Showcase of Gansu Intangible Cultural Heritage
The exhibition features Gansu's intangible cultural heritage items, with the main exhibition area divided into four sections: Chanting Along Longyou, The Rushing Torrent, Blossoms of Dunhuang, and Strong Wind of the Silk Road, which showcases a total of 33 representative intangible cultural heritage items through images and texts, videos and objects. In addition, inheritors of Gannan Tibetan Thangka, Western Xia movable-type clay printing, as well as Dunhuang coloured sculpture techniques will present demonstrations onsite.

Genesis and Spirit – Performances of Gansu Intangible Cultural Heritage
A 60-minute programme of traditional Gansu performing arts will be presented, featuring Dunhuang dance and six manifestations of Gansu's national and provincial intangible cultural heritage, including Hua'er folk songs, singing with longtouqin (Chinese-style fiddle with dragon head design), suona musical performance, Kongtong school martial arts, wooden dummy wrestling and classical magic tricks.

Genesis and Spirit – Performances of Gansu Intangible Cultural Heritage workshops
Shandan Pyrography
The instructor will introduce the history of Shandan pyrography to the participants, demonstrating the use of tools such as electric pyrography pens and explaining how to create lines and patterns of varying thickness and depth using different temperatures and brush strokes. Participants can unleash their creativity and create their own pyrography works on wooden boards.

Hezhou Egg Carving
The instructor will guide participants to delve into the historical roots of egg carving, along with its design concepts and creative processes. Participants will have the opportunity to personally practice bas-relief carving techniques on eggshells. They will learn how to control carving pressure, master the angles of using carving tools, observe changes in eggshell coloration, design their own carving patterns, and finally, install a base and create packaging for their finished egg carving artworks.

Lanzhou Gourd Carving
The instructor will introduce the history and development of Lanzhou gourd carving to the participants. Under the guidance and demonstration of the instructor, participants will sketch, carve and colour the gourd sculptures, and finally complete their own gourd carving works.
