- Online registration is open from 15 June.
- Given the limited number of places available for each activity, participants who are unable to attend should inform the Organizer as soon as possible, in order to allow the participation of other interested parties.
- The Cultural Affairs Bureau will take photographs and/or film the activities for archive and promotional purposes. Some of the images may be used for promoting other activities of the same type in the future without prior notice.
- The Organizer reserves the right of amendment and final interpretation about the implementation of the activities.
