The Butter Trio bring refreshing sounds of hip hop, neo-soul and improvising elements to old melodies by combining different elements from a variety of genres. Not only do we bring a fresh perspective to old songs by rearranging, but also compose new original songs, some instrumental and some vocal songs. We aim to bring relaxing music to create an intimate environment.
The band consists of four active musicians in Macau. They have separately collaborated (2 or 3 members at a time) in countless gigs with each other from big festivals to small coffee shop or bar venues. However, this will be the first time the four of them join forces to play together as a band.
Queena : Inspired by modern R&B, soul, jazz, pop and A cappella, Queena has developed her unique vocal style. She released her debut album “Smiling on a cloudy day” in 2016 and published originals in the following years including "No More Innocence", "The Box", “Aylan” etc which have achieved good results.
She attended various music events in Macau and continued gaining exposure in Hong Kong, cities in China and overseas.
