ARICLAN is an original electro-funk band from Macau, China.
They began in 2015, performing in venues and music lounges in Macau and Hong Kong. Within a year, ARICLAN gained recognition for their energetic performance, earning them slots at music festivals, radio shows, mini concerts in Hong Kong and Macau and televised events such as Macau's prestigious New Year Countdown at the Macau Tower. The band continues to further their musical impact into other city festivals in China such as the Hangzhou Jazz Festival and HengQin Music Festival.
Led by singer and frontman ARI (former contestant of SING! China 2016）, the band is easily recognised as one of Macau's outstand- ing and unique musical talents.
ARI , the main songwriter for ARICLAN, draws inspirations from the rich diverse cultures of the SAR and expresses them through song & lyric. With the different musical influences of each member fuelling the band, each song's energy is further amplified through ARICLAN's stage presence and performance.
