Airplane Mode is a newly formed funk collective that aims to project the music of Vulfpeck and Cory Wong to an even wider audience. The band is an extension of Twisted Tables and is a collaboration between members of Twisted Tables, Dr. Jen and #FFFF99 Champange Yellow . Members include Koji Kim Muraishi, Jose Li Silverinha, Rai Lai, Michael Szeto, Danny T Wai, Jerald Che and guest singer Queena Tam.
Although the band is relatively new and is a cover band, individual members have plenty of experience playing original music with their own bands, from doing local shows to touring overseas.
