1. To facilitate access to Hac-Sa Beach, a free shuttle bus will be provided from Central da Taipa Park to Hac-Sa Beach on November 12 and 13.
2. A small number of metered parking spaces are reserved for staff use and a small number of temporary motorcycle parking spaces are available on site, while the rest of the parking spaces are open to the public; except for authorized vehicles, all other vehicles are prohibited from entering the beach area of Hac Sa Beach.
3. Due to the large number of spectators travelling to and from Hac Sa Beach, the public is urged to take public transport as much as possible

Remarks: The first bus departs from Central da Taipa. Free shuttle bus departs every 30 minutes subject to availability.

1. Audience members as well as the participants must wear a mask at all times, except when removing it is necessary (e.g. while eating).
2. Workshops participants must present a certificate of conclusion of the full primary series of COVID-19 vaccine (two doses for either inactivated or mRNA vaccines) for 14 days, or hold a negative report of COVID-19 nucleic acid test within 48 hours (self-paid). Must wear their own masks, undergo body temperature checks and present their Venue QR Codes and “Health Code” to the personnel on site and cooperate with relevant epidemic prevention and on-site flow measures arrangements. Those showing fever or symptoms of respiratory difficulties will be denied entry.
3. The performance time is subject to the actual situation of the event site.
4. In case of any dispute, the Cultural Affairs Bureau reserves the right of final interpretation and decision.
