Special-Themed Guided Tour for Handover Gifts Exhibition
Dates available for reservation: Tuesdays to Sundays10:00-18:30h,(1 hour per session)

Target: Schools, associations
Number of participants: 20 per group at maximum
Visitors will be guided by the docent to appreciate handover gifts from the State Council and 32 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government as well as the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, to understand the well wishes and auspicious symbolism behind and to revisit the significance of Macao's return to the motherland.

 

Artistic Exploration Group Workshop: Handover Gifts Exhibition

Venue: Handover Gifts Museum of Macao – Handover Gifts Exhibition Gallery
Target: Kindergartens, student groups with special needs or parent-child groups
Number of participants: 20 per group at maximum
In the workshop, fun worksheets will be used to vividly explain the handover gifts, such as “Flowers and Moon”, “Legend of Coconut Trees”, “Giant Panda in Jiuzhaigou” and “Happy Song of from the remotest corners of the world” etc., so as to deepen the understanding of the materials, arts and crafts from all parts of China, which will also increase the residents’ recognition of the traditional art and culture of the motherland.

Remarks

  1. All officially registered schools, non-profit associations, organizations of community service, when organizing a visit or an educational activity, are allowed to apply for Guided Tour Services in case of having more than 10 participants during the activity.
  2. Officially registered schools or organizations in Macao with 18 or more participants can also apply for Free Shuttle Bus Services**.
  3. The number of visitor is approved according to the size of the exhibition hall.
  4. Any changes on the application must be made 5 working days prior to the date of the visit or otherwise a new application must be presented.
  5. Application form(s) must be signed by authorized personnel and stamped with the official seal of the school(s) or association(s).
  6. The Museum reserves the right to request presentation of valid registration document(s).
  7. Visitors are strictly prohibited to touch any exhibit. It is not allowed to eat, drink, smoke, shout, take photographs and film within the premises of the Museum.


* Working days: Monday to Friday (exclude public holidays)
** Application for Free Shuttle Bus Service must meet the following requirements:
Round Trip – Kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools, and organizations of family, children, youth, elderly and rehabilitation services which are officially registered in Macao.
Single Trip – Education institutions, non-profit associations and organizations of community service which are officially registered in Macao.


※ Visits may be cancelled due to the following weather conditions:
Typhoon signal No.3 or above hoisted before the time of visit.
Storm signal issued before the time of visit.
