The Cultural Affairs Bureau has launched new versions of the “Macao Arts Festival” and “Cultural Affairs Bureau” websites, specially adapted for easy viewing on browser-enabled portable electronic devices. These Mobile Versions provide residents and visitors with a wide range of information in a clear format, making reading and navigating the pages on small displays a snap, anytime, anywhere.

In recent years, browsing websites on mobile devices has become a common activity. The Macao Arts Festival is keeping pace with the times, having added a mobile website platform which allows users to quickly access information and discount offers on their favourite programmes, from wherever they may be in their busy day. The 22nd Macao Arts Festival opens on April 29 with nearly ninety performances and activities. The new mobile sites make it easier to plan one’s personal concert-going schedule and never miss a desired performance. Users may access the latest Festival news via the mobile website from their smart phone or other browser-enabled device by entering m.icm.gov.mo/fam.

In addition, the mobile version of the Cultural Affairs Bureau’s website is now up and running, providing citizens with the most recent arts news along with other services, information and even Bureau application forms. The Cultural Affairs Bureau plans to continue development of convenient and technologically relevant cultural e- products in the years to come.
