The Portuguese artist, Manuel de Carvalho, will hold a clay modelling workshop from 17th to 28th February (except for the 23rd). Enrolment for those interested is open until 14th February.

The 14<sup>th</sup> Macao Arts Festival will be held from 1st to 28th March 2003. It is sponsored by the Cultural Institute of Macao S.A.R Government and co-sponsored by the Civic and Municipal Affairs Bureau.
