IC and IFT co-organize a lecture about world heritage management

In order to develop further knowledge about world heritage management issues, particularly among the students of the Institute for Tourism Studies (IF) and the general public, , the Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC) and IFT will co-organize, on 15 October, at 6pm, a lecture about world heritage management inspired by the theme “Towards an Integrated Approach to the Management of Cultural & Natural Heritage”, thereby contributing towards a more specialized overall knowledge base. This lecture will be presented by Dr. Joseph King, who is a renowned expert of the International Centre for the Study of the Preservation and Restoration of Cultural Property. The lecture will take place at the auditorium of the Forward Building, at IFT’s Taipa campus; seats will be available for the general public, and all those interested are also invited to participate. . The lecture will be in English, with simultaneous translation to Cantonese.

Seats are limited and will be distributed on a first come, first served basis.
