Due to the influence of Typhoon Hato, the roof of the Macao Cultural Centre of the Cultural Affairs Bureau suffered severe damage. With Tropical Storm Pakhar approaching Macao shortly, in consideration of public safety, the Macao Cultural Centre and the Macao Museum of Art are now temporarily closed to the public until further notice. In addition, the Cultural Affairs Bureau appeals to residents and tourists to avoid going near that area.
