Each year this annual show lends flair to the Festival, encouraging open-minded thinking and creative techniques in the local visual arts scene. Responding to the challenging theme, “Yesterday—Today—Tomorrow”, Macao's artists present over a hundred works including traditional Chinese paintings, works of calligraphy and seal-engraving, photography, sculpture, poster design and video. The “ten best works” of the exhibition will be announced at the opening ceremony.
