Terms and Conditions

‘Friends of MAM’ must register all activities on ‘Macao One Account’. Members who applied for their memberships ‘in person’ at MAM must create their membership cards in ‘My Wallet’ on ‘Macau One Account’ to register all exclusive activities and enjoy discounts. (Members who applied for their memberships ‘in person’at MAM can create their membership cards in ‘My Wallet’ on ‘Macau One Account’.)
The exclusive discounts for members cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
Latest information about offers, activities and gift redemption are announced through SMS messages or on the MAM’s website.
To protect the rights and interests of members, the MAM reserves the right to check the identity of the cardholder.
Termination of membership will result in the suspension of all benefits, updates, and electronic points collected from the redemption scheme.
The MAM reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions without prior notice, and in case of any dispute, the decision of the museum shall be final.

Membership Application/Upgrade/Termination

Online application

Applicants with a ‘Macau One Account’ account can apply for their membership on the app or website of ‘Macau One Account’.
Enter the ‘Friends of MAM’ membership card page and insert your personal information. Then, you can apply for or upgrade your membership.
A non-refundable and non-transferable membership fee of MOP3,000 is required to apply for or upgrade to ‘Prestige Member’. Applicants can make payments through the ‘GovPay’ online payment platform and using electronic payment methods such as Visa / MasterCard credit card issued by banks in Macao, BOC Macau Mobile Banking and MPay.
Add your membership card to ‘My Wallet’ and show it to verify your identity, participate in activities, collect gifts and claim discounts in the future.

Apply in person

The ‘Friends of MAM’ application form is available at the MAM reception desk.
For membership application, upgrade or termination, please submit the complete application form at the MAM reception on the first floor during the opening hours and present your identification card. For applicants under the age of 12 or those whose applications are submitted by authorized persons, their application forms must be signed by their guardians or authorized persons, and they must present their identification cards.
To apply for or upgrade to ‘Prestige Members’, a non-refundable and non-transferable membership fee of MOP3,000 must be paid at the MAM reception. Acceptable payment methods include cash, Visa/MasterCard credit and debit cards issued by Bank of China (Macau), UnionPay credit and debit cards issued by banks in Macao (except BNU Macau), UnionPay QuickPass, UnionPay Mobile QuickPass, BOC Macau Mobile Banking, Tai Fung Pay, China Guangfa Bank Mobile Pay, Luso Pay, ICBC ePay, UePay, WeChat Pay (for Chinese mainland residents), Alipay (for Macao, Chinese mainland and Hong Kong residents), MPay and Macau Pass.
The application process will be completed on the same day. After successful application, please log in to the ‘Friends of MAM’ page on the MAM website to generate an e-membership card for future use.
