Last-Minute Ticket Sales

Remaining tickets will be sold in the venue foyer commencing one hour before the scheduled start time of each ticketed concert.

2. Special Offers *

A 50% discount is available for:
The purchase 10 or more tickets for any one Macao Orchestra concert;
Holders of Student Cards (for full-time students only; each student can only purchase one 50% off ticket in designated areas);
Holders of Macao Senior Citizen Cards (each senior citizen can only purchase one 50% off ticket).

A 40% discount is available for:
Holders of Macao Orchestra Club’s Member Cards (number of tickets per purchase unlimited).

A 20% discount is available for the following cardholders:
Youth Cards, Teacher Cards (number of tickets per purchase unlimited);
BNU, Weng Hang Bank, ICBC and Bank of China (Macau) credit cards (number of tickets per purchase unlimited).

* Excluding the Macao Orchestra’s performances at the 24^th  Macao International Music Festival , 22nd Arts Festival and the tickets for concerts are MOP 30 each with no discount.

Special Packages for Classic Concert Series

Special Offer for Three Shows
Before 7 September, 2010, Customers are entitled to 50% discount with the purchase of three shows of the Classic Concert Series (with any one of the compulsory concerts.*)

Special offer for Five Shows
Customers are entitled to 50% discount with the purchase of five shows of the Classic Concert Series (with the Opening Concert and any one of the compulsory concerts*), plus a complimentary CD autographed by Sarah Chang, the distinguished guest at the Opening Concert (non-applicable for purchase of cheaper tickets).

*Compulsory concerts are “Ultimate Classicism” and “Twilight of a Great Era”.
*Offers not valid for performances at the 24^th Macao International Music Festival.

“The Music of Fairytales” Children’s Day Concert Special Offer
Children at the age between  3 (with parents) to 12 years old are welcomed.

Participants in the 22^nd Macao Children’s Day Painting Exhibition are entitled to an extra 20% off when purchasing “Special Family Package” tickets (must register with a valid  identification document).

5. Please Note

1. The Organizer strongly advises audience members to arrive 15 minutes in advance of all Orchestra events. The Organizer reserves the right to determine the time at which and the manner in which latecomers are to be admitted ;
2. To avoid undue disturbances to the performers and other members of the audience, please silence all beeping devices and mobile phones before the performance, and keep silent and remain seated throughout the performance;
3. Smoking, eating and drinking are prohibited inside the performance venues, as is the possession of plastic bags or objects considered dangerous;
4. Cameras and recording devices are strictly prohibited, unless expressly authorised by the Organizer;
5. Tickets must be displayed when entering the venue. Each ticket admits one person only (including children aged 6 or above);
6.  Children aged 3 and up are welcomed to attend our “Children’s Day Concert”; children under age 6 will not be admitted to any other performances; No age limit for audiences of the ‘Family Concert’
7. The Organizer reserves the right to change the programme and/ or performers at any time.

6. Other Services                                                   

Front-of-House Services
The Macao Orchestra front-of-house staff will be available to assist concertgoers and respond to enquiries one hour before the concert starts.

Services for the Disabled
The Macao Orchestra provides special services for audience members with disabilities. Please approach the Macao Orchestra front-of-house staff upon arriving (preferably 15 minutes prior to the concert) for assistance with seat allocation and wheelchair placement.
