Introduction
Macao City Fringe Festival is a non-mainstream art festival featuring alternatives and experimental performances and art activities. The festival has adopted the slogan "All around the city, our stages, our patrons, our artists" which reflects our aim to encourage artists to bring their creativities to live in unconventional spaces around the city, having arts infiltrated into our everyday lives.
To persist the creative spirit and risk-taking attitude, Macao City Fringe Festival now has an Open Call for programs and venues for the "17th Macao City Fringe Festival", we welcome interested parties to present their ideas and get involved.
Call for Venues
If you have a venue and would like to get in touch with local or international artists, or arouse more attention to your venue, get in touch with us! We need your involvement.
Macao City Fringe Festival is an annual festival supports non-mainstream art forms of any kind in unconventional spaces. We believe art is just around us, it can happen in a gallery, a school, a coffee shop, a bar, an empty space or an open area. We welcome any kind of venue and space to partner with us.
If you are interested, please complete the registration form and email it back to us with some venue photos at fringe@icm.gov.mo by 21 July 2017. We can coordinate a site visit and discuss possible art form that may suit your venue or space.
